Microcomputer based glial layer analyzer
Scope of application:
A specialized instrument used for measuring the gelatinous layer index of bituminous coal, including three indicators: the maximum thickness Y of the gelatinous layer, the maximum final shrinkage X, and the type of volume curve. The equipped controller consists of two separate systems, which can control two sets of heating furnaces simultaneously or one set of heating furnaces separately. Widely used in coal, metallurgy, chemical, geological exploration and other departments.
Performance characteristics:
1. The bidirectional communication between the computer and the controller enables comprehensive monitoring of the control equipment.
2. Automatically control and display the heating temperature of single or double furnaces.
3. Automatically measure and display the shrinkage of coal samples from single or double furnaces.
4. Automatically draw volume curves for single or double furnaces.
5. Automatically draw the curve of furnace temperature variation over time.
6. Automatically fill in the furnace temperature before and after every ten minutes.
7. Alarm at the inflection point of the volume curve, reminding laboratory personnel to perform operations such as starting, stopping, silencing, and running the equipment.
8. Manually detect the data of the adhesive surface, input it into the computer through the keyboard and save it.
9. Automatically draw upper and lower adhesive surface curves and calculate the maximum thickness of the adhesive surface.
10. Automatically calculate test results and print out test records and reports.
11. Store previous test data for querying and printing.
